At 18, Billy began his real estate career and was the youngest broker in the Bay Area by 2009. Born and raised in SF, Billy has gained intimate knowledge of the Bay Area’s rapid transformation and lifestyle. He offers a comprehensive, in-depth perspective into current trends and the local market. He instantly felt connected to the real estate industry as he discovered the enormous impact real estate has on our lives. As a broker, Billy is passionate about building lasting relationships with his clients and connecting them to their life goals in real estate. It proves to be the reason to his underlying success. Billy garners sellers top dollar for their properties and saves buyers thousands of dollar on their purchase through skillful negotiation.
